About Jeff
Jeff has been leading in public schools for the last 16 years. During that time he has served as a curriculum coordinator, athletic director, middle school principal, high school principal, and as an assistant superintendent in two different districts. Additionally, Jeff has led at the municipal government level serving as a trustee and mayor of his hometown for a combined 11 years. Jeff earned his B.S., M.S.Ed., and Certificate of Advanced Study (C.A.S) from SUNY College at Cortland.
Jeff is a self-proclaimed disciple of Dr. John C. Maxwell and is a certified coach, teacher, trainer, and speaker for the Maxwell Leadership Team. Jeff wholeheartedly believes that everything rises and falls on leadership. He has been a contributing author for The 100 No-Nonsense Things That All Teachers Should Stop Doing, The 100 No-Nonsense Things All Administrators Should Stop Doing, and Thank You, Teacher.
Jeff is married to his best friend Beth and together they have three children; Baylor, Carter, and Emma. He would be nothing without them!
